To The Power of X² is a national Services SETA initiative creating 20 000 structured, 24-month internship opportunities for eligible unemployed graduates across South Africa. The programme connects graduate talent with workplace opportunities across the public and private sectors, enabling graduates to gain meaningful workplace experience, practical skills, professional exposure and mentorship.
African Global Skills Academy is the Services SETA-appointed Programme Management Unit, responsible for operational implementation and participant administration on behalf of Services SETA.
