To The Power of X² places unemployed South African graduates into real workplaces across the public and private sectors, doing real work with supervision and mentorship for two full years. You finish with a work record, a reference and the experience employers actually ask for.
As an employer, this opportunity allows you to identify talented graduates eager to build their careers whilst benefitting from Services SETA funded support.
Registration is open now. Placement depends on your qualification, your location and an approved workplace being available, so registering is the first step and not a guarantee.
Thousands of graduates finish every year with a qualification and nowhere to use it. This is where that changes. A qualification proves you can learn. Two years of real work proves you can deliver. That is the power of X².
